Recently, I have been diagnosed with gluten & dairy sensitivity. For as long as I can remember, I have endured stomach discomfort after every meal I ate, and in February of 2013, I finally decided to get myself checked. Following a gluten & dairy-free diet is not only challenging, but also frustrating. However, studies show that gluten intolerance is quite common, and more individuals are diagnosed each year. Each day, I am becoming more familiar with the foods I can & can not eat. Some restaurants may not provide "Gluten-Free" menus; however, gluten-free items are always obtainable. Might not be the tastiest, but they are there. My blog is available to display my daily food intake, and to allow viewers to follow my journey on becoming a professional gluten & dairy-free eater.
